PCH/CACH
The Possible Criminal History and Case and Criminal History (PCH/CACH) provides law enforcement professionals with quick and seamless access to criminal and court case history.

With PCH/CACH, information like warrants, case dispositions, and protection orders from multiple criminal justice agencies is returned through a single query – simplifying investigations, charging decisions, and sentence determinations.

PCH/CACH maximizes your investment in existing IT systems. Public safety officials only need to sign on to their ‘home’ application to gain access to information contained in state and federal systems.

Staff’s interaction with familiar interfaces eliminates additional training and learning curves, and yields a critical business result - improving public safety by getting better, faster information to those who need it.

PCH/CACH is available, at no cost, to authorized criminal justice agency that has an existing User or Management Control Agreement with the Washington State Patrol. Agencies will need to coordinate with their Records Management System software provider to use PCH/CACH and connect to the JINDEX.

Connecting to the JINDEX will also position your department to receive additional information from new data sources in the future. Anticipated improvements include the availability of driver license photos and offender community supervision conditions imposed on offenders by the State Department of Corrections, among others described in the JIN 2009-2011 Strategic Plan.
